We love crafting intentional time and space at the sauna. Our goal is to provide experiences where everyone feels welcome. If you're new to sauna and unsure what to expect with a community session, we invite you to experience a guided sauna or one of the curated sessions.
Full Moon Sauna & Guided Reflection
Let’s take a collective pause, take time to breathe, and see what needs to be released. There will be an illumination card pull to get your intuition going, time and space for journaling, movement, and of course, the magic of sweating it out in the sauna ✨

You are encouraged to bring a journal, a comfortable robe/sweater for your cool-down rounds, and any other elements that feel supportive to you.

Iceberg Sessions
Men's Sauna
​In a world where many men have learned to keep their feelings below the surface, the Iceberg Sessions invite you to melt the ice and embrace vulnerability. These peer-to-peer gatherings create a safe space for you to practice sharing your emotions, connect with others, and learn new ways to navigate life's joys and challenges.

A community where everyone is on a learning and growing journey together. Hosted by a facilitator, but no hierarchy exists. Each week, we'll delve into a specific topic, inviting members to share their thoughts and stories. While connections may form over time, there's no obligation to attend every week – drop in as you wish.

Sweaty Betty Sauna Sessions for women and nonbinary folx
​This is a time and space for cis women, trans women, and non-binary/genderqueer folx to rest, reset, and SWEAT IT OUT!
Take your time cycling through rounds in the hot room, cool down rounds, and hydration. A Nordic Night host will prepare and maintain the wood burning stove. You get to sit back and relax.
Private Event Sauna
Have a special event or group of people to celebrate? With this booking, you will reserve the entire Nordic Night sauna and patio space for 90 minutes for a private, unique gathering. A Sauna host will prepare and maintain the wood-burning stove. You and your guests can sit back and relax!
